Reservation policies

Availability: All reservations are subject to availability. To ensure you get your preferred dates, we highly recommend booking in advance.An advance of 25% of the room rent has to be paid in advance during the reservation.

Rates: Rates are quoted in local currency and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

No-shows: In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Non-refundable reservations are automatically considered as no-shows.

Late Departures: If you decide to check out later than the agreed departure date, the homestay reserves the right to charge an late departure fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

Check-in & Check-out:

Standard Times: Check-in is from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Check-out is by 12:00 PM.

Early Check-in/Late Check-out: These may be possible upon request, subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact the homestay to inquire.
Guest Requirements:

Identification: All guests must present a valid ID and/or passport upon check-in.

Minors: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult during their stay.
